Workshops and Consulting
for Schools and Organizations

Career development is not just about helping people find jobs - it's about helping people understand the reality of  non-linear career paths, define success on their own terms, and develop the mindsets and the skills they need to achieve that success. Effective career development can reduce anxiety, increase clarity, and build confidence.
Let's bring that value to your school or organization.

Consulting

I have served as a thought partner to 20+ university and college academic departments and student service units grappling with big questions about how to "do" career development more effectively, and have developed strategic frameworks, faculty and staff trainings, student programs, and curricula and learning resources to meet their varied needs.

If your school or organization is figuring out how to improve its approach to career development, I would be keen to engage in that work alongside you. Please use the button below to share a bit about the problem(s) you're trying to solve, and I'll share some ideas of how we might be able to work together.

Jenifer, Guidance Counsellor

We really appreciate you joining our Grade 10 Careers class at St. Clement’s School. Your expertise in career planning, and your compassion about the anxiety around questions of career planning landed with our students. They found your presentation about approaches to planning reassuring, and they appreciated your thoughtful responses to their concerns. Thank you for joining us - your thoughtful presentation and expertise were invaluable to the students.
